The owners approached us with a restaurant theme centered around President Theodore Roosevelt and his adventures through the West. The focus was specifically aimed at his time in Yellowstone since he was so instrumental in it’s creation, so we were excited to collaborate on such a regionally relevant concept.

The previous restaurants that occupied the space had very different material palates from that which we were aiming, so the goal was to transform the dining rooms into something unique and distinctly different. With a rapidly approaching tourist season, we had to be very thoughtful and strategic with our approach so as to create that unique experience within a very short window of opportunity. With a focus on colors, textures and décor, we were able to provide a very inviting and cozy environment to complement the spectacular menu. We think Teddy would have approved.
