As the Principal, I am directly involved with every project from conception to completion; there’s no hand off. So the client is working with me throughout the entire process. Also, because our entire staff is intimate with each project and its progress, even those that aren’t assigned to a project can jump in at a moment’s notice to help if we need them to.”
